What the judges said

If you'd like an unbiased view, here's an extract from the 'mystery guest' report for the 2011 'Best B&B in Cheshire' award -

"Our toast was delivered as we finished the cereals and having cleared away our dishes, Vanessa delivered our cooked breakfast to the table, all of which looked extremely attractive, smelled and then tasted delicious - justifying the various "Breakfast Awards" on display around the house."

The local pub, The Grosvenor Arms, is just over a mile away in the village of Aldford and serves excellent meals throughout the day. It has roomy bars and lounges with plenty of seating, and has a large, quiet garden.

We can also recommend a website called The Onion Ring, which lists and reviews many restaurants and eateries in Cheshire.
